It's Sunday And I Am Grateful. I am grateful for having some time this weekend to stop, and let my life catch up to me. I have been running full speed this week, negotiating work, and have been negotiating a real estate transaction, actually a closing for an income property. I have been using my social work skills at work, and my entrepreneurial skills for my business dealings. Whew.....!!!! I am grateful that I have that ability in my personality to do both. My husband is a wonderful love and business partner, and together we balance out very well. We have each other's backs when needed.

We just purchased another income property, and we are contributing to our economy as well as to the local economy. Our mission statement is to be socially conscious entrepreneurs, and we are. So now we will have to do some renovations, in order to make this property a nice home for potential renters. This will be our third income property, and so far we have had good working relationships with the people who have rented from us. I am grateful for those business relationships, and for the people we help, and who help us.

I am grateful for the interactions that I have had with the people that helped this transaction come to a good completion.

I am grateful that we have been able to build up our equity, and that we have been able to negotiate the cycle of real estate markets that we have lived through. I am grateful for both the gains and losses that are part of the price of doing business.

Thankyou Lord, for giving me the amazing interactions with all the people in my life from whom I learn from and who learn from me. Thankyou for allowing me those wonderful and interesting relationships here and on Teamsugar!!!
