Whoooooo Hoooooo!!!! It's Saturday!!! Freedom Day!!! Yesterday was an exercise in driving through a snow storm for about 2 hrs.. It was white knuckling as a lot of the country roads were not ploughed and sometime visibility was almost none, but it got me back home. Whew!!! Also got my hair cut yesterday, and I am really happy with the results, a nice long layered cut. The hairdresser did an excellent job and I lol - got in touch with my younger free spirit self! Today is a whirlwhind of activities, snow shovelling, out door decorating, and getting prepared for company tomorrow. I have a big beautiful lasagna in the oven, with 3 different cheeses and mushrooms! That and a ceasar salad and garlic bread should be a nice company dinner! My hubby is still sick with a viral infection, and is resting a lot. I am taking care of him and his "man cold" lol - and I hope he gets better in time for us to pull out of our snowy driveway on December 23, for Florida. My BIL has internet, so I will be in touch occassionally. Am back during the second full week of January. Not sure of the day yet.
