Iveenia and I had a discussion not too long ago about giving yourself permission to just say "No" to a request. It's an important skill to learn. I am working on this.

Yes, I think too it makes us feel good at the moment, and we have to weigh it against how
we will feel in relation to the things we already have on our plate.
