40 TIPS FOR A BETTER LIFE...and they're so simple!
These were sent to me by a wise and good friend. All 40 were just too much to ponder. Will do 1 or 2 at a time.

Yes, walking and smiling each raise your serotonin (the chemical in your brain that gives you a sense of well being) levels.
Chocolate does that too.
1Great advice! Just had some chocolate, now I have to do some walking.
2I've found that skipping is a fun and mood boosting workout. You look kind of crazy (after all, NOBODY skips insteads of runs), but it will kick your butt AND lighten your mood. Plus you can tell everybody you went for a "skip" today and they'll laugh. It's good for everybody

4Skipping is a great idea NatureMadeLisa!!! - it can break up the walking - and is not hard as running
5Walking is wonderful...I need to do it more often.
6Yes, good physically and can be a nice way to meditate.
7I love it Nature! I will add some skipping to my day and my kids will laugh so hard that it will be good for them too. Got to give it a try.
