10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is

Now there's an idea - I need to get back to the fruit and veggies - I am struggling with sugar and fat cravings, nothing wrong with cakes, cookies, but I want more than what is in a balanced diet. Time to answer those cravings with something healthier!!!
1.....something healthier but still interesting... pineapple, peaches, kiwi, strawberries....

5Didn't do too bad last night with the cravings. Did some self talk, and had yogurt, then made a deal with myself and had 2 candies instead of a lot more and a lot worse choices.
I had an apple mid-afternoon. Nothing exciting, but back to a good habit. I was hungry when I came home, but not starving.
So now, tonight will be the challenge. Weekends are reward time - I will have to pick some different rewards. Accountability ie., posting here will help.
